We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located apartment complex. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and bed makeup provided daily. The owner, Raimondo, was very helpful and even gave us a key to an underground parking garage nearby. The walk to old town along the river was beautiful and convenient. The WiFi worked perfectly, and there was an excellent restaurant just around the corner. Highly recommended for families!
We felt so at home during our stay that we have no complaints at all.

Free WiFi, so I could stay connected to the virtual world. AC that didn't work, but at least the floor cooling system gave me a warm 25 degrees Celsius. The garden was a great place to relax.with all the bugs.
Who needs actual air conditioning when you have a floor cooling system? So much more effective.

The rooms at Gardar in Bolzano are fantastic! They have a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table, so we could enjoy home-cooked meals with our family. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels kept the kids entertained, and the private bathroom with free toiletries was a nice touch. The balcony offered stunning views of the city or mountains. Plus, having an oven and coffee machine in all units made our stay even more convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable, making us feel right at home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the apartment. While it may be a positive for some guests, I felt that it made the room feel a bit isolated and less cozy.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at the apartment. The modern and neat design gave it a stylish vibe. The host was incredibly accommodating and helpful, making my experience even better. The location was very central, with a nearby bus stop for convenience. The apartment had all the amenities listed, including clean towels every day. it was a way better than expected stay.
The apartment was a little small for four people, and the floor cooling system made the apartment quite humid. Additionally, the location was a bit far from the city centre, requiring a 20-25 minute walk or a bus ride.

The location of the hotel is great, with many nearby food places and close to the city center. the neighborhood is nice and it is a short walk to Belluno old town. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, with fresh towels and bed makeup provided daily. Some of the rooms have a beautiful design and there are amenities in the kitchen to use.
The communication with the owner could be improved, as some guests experienced difficulty reaching them when they encountered issues with the electric key.
